Asia Industrial Estate Map Ta Phut (AIEMTP)

Asia Industrial Estate Map Ta Phut (AIEMTP) is a large scale industrial estate on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard. AIEMTP, which is jointly managed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, encompassing 3,220 Rai (515 hectares) of land. Notable tenants at AIEMTP are PTT Group, Dow Chemical, and Shin-Etsu Silicone.

AIEMTP is 3.5 km. off Sukhumvit Road and neighbours Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate where the PTT Public Company Limited’s natural gas pipelines and other basic infrastructures are already in place. Facilities nearby include a deep-sea port, liquid berths, oil terminals, tank farms, GLOW’s independent power provider, East Water’s raw water supply, Genco’s industrial waste treatment plant, customs office, immigration office, pilot services, and more.

AIEMTP is conveniently accessible at its northeast corner from a public road, with a right-of-way of 25 meters. AIEMTP also benefits from fronting the Sattahip - Map Ta Phut railways to the south. Access by cars and trucks, as well as bulk transportation by train, will therefore be more convenient here than anywhere else in Rayong.

The land for development of AIEMTP is about 2.5 km. long, north to south, and about 2.0 km. wide, east to west. This large and well-proportioned piece of land makes it flexible for planning and allows the land to be subdivided into lots of varying sizes according to the needs of individual plants.
