Asia Industrial Estate Map Ta Phut (AIEMTP) is a large scale industrial estate on Thailand's Eastern Seaboard. AIEMTP, which is jointly managed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T), encompasses 3,220 Rai (515 hectares) of land. Notable tenants at AIEMTP are PTT Group, Dow Chemical, and Shin-Etsu Silicone.

Very solid soil condition with bearing capacity of more than 10 tons/m2 for shallow footing (1.5-2.0 m.) Piling work may require piles of 12.0 m. in length. Ground elevation is recorded at approx. 20-40 meters above Mean Sea Level.
The average supply on an annual basis of 40.0 cu.m./rai/day.
Fluid raw materials and products can be transported via pipelines to and from liquid berths/terminals or petrochemical complex nearby.
